Rooftop bar has fun events and a lively atmosphere. Rooms are tiny and not ideal for families or groups.

The rooftop bar is a must-visit for great views and fun vibes. My room was too small, making it a bit uncomfortable for more than one person.

Great location and friendly staff. Slow check-in and noisy AC at night.

The Moxy Times Square offers a vibrant atmosphere and a central location in NYC. The staff, especially Letty and Melanie, were incredibly helpful during check-in. While the rooms are compact, they’re well designed, making the most of the space available.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the room was micro. It felt tight, especially with the bed against the wall. I appreciated the clever design, yet it’s suited for solo travelers. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. Street noise was quite loud, impacting sleep. The unique bathroom layout was intriguing, though the see-through door felt odd. I loved the $30 daily food credit; it made dining flexible. Cleanliness was impeccable. waiting for luggage was frustrating, and accessing the rooftop bar was inconvenient. The vibe was great, but the size could be a challenge.

Brilliant location and amazing pastries for breakfast. The lounge area is a nice touch, and the 24-hour bag storage kept things convenient. Loved the complimentary treats in the lobby! rude service at the bar and restaurant overshadowed the positives; my complaint didn’t get the attention it deserved. Rooms are tiny, with almost no storage—barely enough space for luggage. There were issues with air conditioning and broken blinds too. It feels like a fun vibe, but the comfort and service didn’t match the price tag. Definitely considering other options for my next trip.

Location is spot-on; you can walk to all the sights in no time. Staff are friendly and helpful, plus the luggage storage is a lifesaver for late check-outs.
The bar noise can be a real pain in the neck.

Our room was ridiculously cramped—like, I could barely move! There was a tiny fold-out shelf but no chair, so I had to work from the bed. Plus, the noise from the shower next door constantly woke me up. Total nightmare!

Modern design with a hip atmosphere. The lounge is a highlight, ideal for socializing. The staff radiate friendliness and eagerness to help—kudos for that. Security is well thought out, albeit the elevator system requires a bit of a learning curve. the rooms are shockingly petite. My space felt cramped and almost university-like. Strange bathroom layout and missing basics like a kettle or complimentary water. Frequent service lapses hindered relaxation, including repeated unannounced housekeeping interruptions. The rooftop bar is a winner, vibrant and fun. While the location is stellar, the frustrations regarding room size and service management outweigh the positives. It's got potential; it just needs refinement.

The hotel is perfectly situated within a short walk of major sights like Times Square, Macy's, and the Museum of Modern Art, allowing you to easily soak in the vibrant energy of the city while discovering delicious eateries and cozy coffee shops, making your walking adventures a delight; the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is lively, creating an enjoyable experience overall, but some aspects of the room could benefit from better storage solutions for longer stays.

Great spot for kids with easy access to fun attractions! The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch - kept the little ones happy.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but worth it for the experience.

The location is absolutely perfect—steps away from everything exciting. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. We loved hanging out in the cool bar with live entertainment; it really added to the experience!

Let's start with the good stuff , the location is super convenient, close to Times Square and all the action. The hotel itself is trendy and cool, and the bar is definitely a vibe. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which always makes a difference in my book. Now for the not, so, great parts. The room was on the smaller side, which was a bit of a bummer. The bed placement made it a bit tricky to move around comfortably, and the lack of storage space was noticeable. The bathroom could have used a vent, and the sink being so close to the bed was a bit awkward. the hot water situation in the shower was not ideal , lukewarm showers are not the best, especially in chilly NYC. On the amenities side, the WiFi was a bit disappointing. Despite claiming to have lightning, fast WiFi, the speeds were pretty slow. The breakfast situation was a bit misleading, with extra charges involved. And the housekeeping schedule was a bit odd , every other day? Seems more hostel, like than hotel, like to me. my stay at the Moxy had its ups and downs. It's a trendy spot with a great location, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if I needed a convenient place to crash in the city. But I'd probably explore other options first.

Great central location, just a short walk to Times Square and close to subway stations. The hotel looked fresh and clean, making our stay pleasant. The rooftop bar offered a fun brunch experience with fantastic views of the city skyline.
The rooms were smaller than expected, with minimal space for belongings and no wardrobe. Issues with noise from the rooftop could disrupt sleep, particularly on weekends.

Explore the Theater and Garment Districts, shop at 5th Avenue, and visit Hudson Yards – all just steps away for a memorable family adventure.
My kids wished for a larger children's play area.

Amazing location in the heart of Manhattan, close to Broadway and Central Park. The room was surprisingly spacious for NYC standards and well-equipped with handy amenities. The lounge area was cozy and perfect for relaxing or working, with fast and reliable wifi.
The noisy AC unit in the room made it difficult to sleep, especially with the loud music from the bar until late at night. Small annoyances like charging for water in the room and lack of room cleaning during a short stay detracted from the overall experience.

the location of moxy is amazing - just a couple blocks from times square on the 2nd floor. it's surprisingly quiet at night, and you can hear church bells nearby that add a nice touch. the staff up at the rooftop brunch were incredibly helpful - patient, and fun. the $30 daily credit towards food and drinks is a great perk.

I found fast Wi, Fi, rain showers, smart TVs, and trendy decor to intuitively meet modern travelers' needs. The rooftop bar felt like an urban amusement park; I enjoyed epic skyline views and felt like a kid again.
Sleeping with the nightclub, like atmosphere was like having a concert in my room every night , not exactly a lullaby.

We took in the epic skyline views at the rooftop mini golf course, then hit up the Theater District for some wicked shows. Being near all the dope shopping on 5th Ave was so clutch. Total vibe!
Could've used a wild rooftop pool party scene for us young peeps, ya feel me? .

the staff was friendly and accommodating, the bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast credit allowance was a nice touch. we loved the vibe of the hotel and the convenient location made it even better. having a nice café downstairs and free coffee was a great perk, and the free luggage storage after checking out was very helpful.
No negatives from this place! 😊
